Returns
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how to get it sorted.
Return Policy
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Sale items and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Return

Contact us first
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility before you send anything back.

Pack it up
Securely repackage the item in its original packaging if possible. Include your order number inside the parcel.

Send it back
Post the item back to us at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
